Application processing module
This module collects all applications sent through forms.
On the application card, the manager has access to the user's contact information, the history of correspondence within the framework, instructions for processing the application, and notes

The manager can message the request author directly from the request card. The entire correspondence history is then stored in the request.

Transferring an application to another manager
The manager can specify which colleagues will have access to the application
Application processing instructions
Write a one-time brief instruction for the manager who will process the application. This information will be available to the manager at the bottom of the application card.
Tracking of applications by the user
The user can track the status of their order. All orders are displayed in the My Orders section.
