A lesson test is a set of questions and course settings on the same tab as homework; there's no separate "Test" tab. There's one test per lesson.
To add a quiz to a lesson, open the lesson and go to the Homework tab. Find the "Question" block. Click "+ Question Block," then click "+ Question." Fill out the questions and click Apply. The gear icon next to the quiz reveals the restrictions and passing score.
