Badge
A badge is a distinctive symbol (status, rank, etc.) that a user sees under their name in their personal account.
The badge is displayed to the right of the user's name in the USER HERO block. When a user is transferred from one segment to another, they are shown another badge, highlighting their progress. You can transfer a user to another segment manually (on the CRM contact card) or using the Auto Actions tool.
Tool usage scenarios
Tourism
Regular customers see badges indicating their level, such as Bronze, Silver, Gold, and this underlines their loyalty and also opens access to various bonuses or discounts.
Services
Customers can see badges reflecting their status, such as Basic, Silver, Gold, which encourages them to use more services and achieve higher status.
Fitness
Users see level changes, such as from Beginner to Advanced, which motivates them to continue training and achieve new goals.
Loyalty programs
Customers can see their current program level, such as Silver or Gold, which motivates them to accumulate points to move up to the next level and receive additional privileges.
Education
Students earn badges for achievements such as completing courses, passing tests, or successfully completing assignments, tracking their learning progress.
Subscription club
Customers using premium or advanced subscriptions receive badges indicating their current status, such as Standard, Premium, Elite
